Once you approve your digital mockup, we stitch and ship your item within 10–15 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey from our atelier in Marseille to your doorstep. We package everything securely to make sure your custom design arrives in perfect condition.

🔄 Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your embroidered piece. If there’s a defect in workmanship, contact us within 30 days for a full refund or remake. Custom design approvals count as final—please review previews carefully. For returns, items must be unwashed and unworn, with original tags attached.
